Exchange or return policy
You have the right to exchange or return the goods purchased from Nature Hayek Kuwait (part of the MGN Store General Trading Company LLC) within 14 days from the date of purchase in case the following conditions are present:
That the goods to be returned or replaced have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the quality of the goods, or the goods are adulterated, counterfeit, defective or not in conformity with the specifications mentioned on the Nature Hayek Kuwait website.
The goods must be in carton and in the same condition at the time of purchase with all the accessories.
The merchandise must be in good condition and showable (except for the merchandise in which there is a manufacturing defect, adulterated, or counterfeit).
Personal products (including but not limited to swimwear, underwear, hygiene products, socks, winter shoes, summer shoes, towels, etc.) are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
You have the right, our dear customer, to receive the price of the returned goods in the same way that they were paid.
You have the right, our dear customer, to receive the price of the returned goods in full, and you will not deduct any kind of fees such as Visa card fees, KNET card fees or the like from the refunded amount.
You have the right to receive the price of the returned goods within ten days from the date of accepting the return of the goods.
You have the right, our dear customer, to replace the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the goods are in original packaging and unused and with full accessories, and we offer you a coupon for the value of the exchanged goods for your purchase of any goods from Nature Hike Kuwait.

How to return or replace the goods

Delivery policy
We will deliver your orders in Kuwait through specialized companies to deliver those orders.
Orders will be delivered within 72 hours from the day of the order.
When delivery is made, you will be asked to sign the invoice copy, and this signature is a confirmation that you have received the products in full as shown on the invoice.
If you are not present at the specified address, we will deliver the request to anyone present at this address and sign him on the invoice copy, and when any person in the address signs the delivery request, it is considered that the customer has received the items in the invoice.
If the address specified by you was reached and we were not able to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule another time for the order to be delivered. The company is not responsible for any order that was not delivered within 30 days of the order date.
